The integration of NETLOCK│SIGNHELPER e-signature solutions enable organizations to achieve cost reduction while increasing their operational efficiency, speeding up and simplifying their decision-making mechanisms. NETLOCK eSigning system can be integrated in different ways into the company’s IT systems.
KoSH module
cloud based signing solution
With the cloud based SIGNHELPER (KoSH) module integration no further installation is required on the partner side. All the functions are available via REST calls. In KoSH integration the documents to be signed are uploaded to the NETLOCK secure infrastructure and no further installation is required in the partner IT infrastructure.
KiSH module
on-premise signing solution
In case of on-premise SIGNHELPER (KiSH) module integration, the document management module is installed into the partner's IT system. The documents to be signed do not leave the partner's infrastructure, they are not uploaded to NETLOCK systems and only the document hash is signed. In this mode the partner's infrastructure (eg. DMS service) must ensure the distribution of the documents.
